Conduct needs assessments to determine knowledge, skill and ability (KSA) gaps in addition to performance gaps for federal government client projects Research, collect, and analyze all available KSA and performance data to inform the final instructional requirements and most appropriate delivery methods Design learning objectives, plans, methods, strategies, etc., for assigned programs For eLearning programs, create iterative design and development plan that ensures all required design, technology, graphics, and other creative elements are organized and reviewed in the most effective manner possible Design and develop instructor-led, self-paced, blended or web-based training to be delivered via a virtual platform such as Zoom, Adobe Connect, or WebEx, etc. Coordinate the inputs of multiple team members and client stakeholders and incorporate feedback and updates to learning programs in a timely manner Transition in-person training programs to virtual instructor-led training programs Test all training materials and collateral for 508 compliance Perform quality control checks on a continuous basis and provide feedback to appropriate team members for necessary improvements Develop training roadmaps and curriculum paths for specific positions or job families Develop training evaluation plans and strategies to measure program effectiveness Design training implementation plans for roll-out of programs to intended audiences; assist with roll-out as requested Qualifications MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Systems Design, Training, Human Resource Development, Organization Development or related field Ability to pass a basic federal government background check investigation 10
years' experience with the full life cycle of designing and developing instructor-led training programs, virtually delivered training programs, eLearning training programs, and self-paced training programs for adults 5
years of hands-on experience producing eLearning storyboards and other artifacts with eLearning development software programs such as Camtasia, Captivate, Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite Strong track record of transitioning in-person training to virtual instructor-led training Experience designing and developing technical training as well as leadership development training Experience designing training programs that meet federal government 508 compliance requirements Experience implementing effective quality control processes Experience providing management consulting services to the federal government Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables Ability to work in a team-based environment Ability to travel to and work on client sites as needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills Excellent customer relationship management skills DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Master's Degree or higher ISD and eLearning Certifications Federal government civilian or health agency experience Training facilitation expertise
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
